The Extraordinary General Assembly of the Local Governments Association was held successfully.

 

The Local Governments Association held its Extraordinary General Assembly with a large turnout at our headquarters on May 9, 2025. The General Assembly successfully completed the election of our association's new board of directors.

 

Our public benefit association continues its activities with the mission of contributing to the development of local governments and providing solutions to their problems. Our association will continue to strengthen its work with the new management team appointed at the Extraordinary General Assembly.

We sincerely thank our former board of directors for their dedication and invaluable contributions to our association. Following in the footsteps of our esteemed directors who have successfully served, we embark on our work with great enthusiasm and enthusiasm with our new board.

Our association will continue to work tirelessly to strengthen local governments, enhance local democracy, and develop effective solutions to local government challenges. In the coming term, with the support of our members and all our stakeholders, we aim to undertake projects that will contribute to local governments.
