Association of Local Authorities
Since 1989, the Association of Local Authorities has been one of the strongest supporters of local governments in Türkiye. Since 2006, we have continued our work under the public benefit status, which allows us to develop and implement joint service projects with municipalities.

The Local Administrations Association, with its public benefit status, provides comprehensive consulting services to municipalities and public institutions regarding treasury land and national real estate transactions. Our association aims to best meet the needs of municipalities by managing legal processes related to allocation, leasing, easement rights, tax debt settlement, and regulations regarding occupied shantytowns. Our association also provides investment incentive consulting in various areas, such as tourism, energy, and agriculture, helping municipalities utilize their resources most efficiently.
